Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Golf balls by the box or sleeve (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Wilson Store.
