At Wilson Store, we are committed to delivering your golfing essentials promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note the following non-returnable items:
- Golf balls by the box or sleeve (due to hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address: Wilson Store Returns

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Wilson Store.
